Smoothie Time!!

One of my favourite quick healthy snacks to have, summer or winter,
 is a smoothie. Good tasting, and good for you :)
This is the one that I drink most often. Ingredients are:

  • Coconut water
  • Vanilla yogurt
  • Banana
  • Frozen berries (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries)
  • Flax seed 
But really, you can pretty much put whatever you want in them! Energizing, nutritious, aaaand delicious.
